mange fox rescue update

Very happy to report that the fox with mange responded well to treatment, his hair has started growing back and the scabs have healed. He was released back into my garden last Friday.

He was very patient whilst we took photos but as soon as Martin from South Manchester Wildlife Rescue opened the trap, he shot straight out and headed for his usual exit in the corner of the garden.

South Manchester Reporter covered the story, you can read it here.

Wonderful blog! I found it while surfing around on Yahoo News.

Do you have any suggestions on how to get listed in
Yahoo News? I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there! Many thanks

Greetings from California! I’m bored to tears at work so I decided to check out your blog on my iphone during lunch break. I really like the info you present here and can’t wait to
take a look when I get home. I’m amazed at how quick your blog loaded on my cell phone .. I’m not even using WIFI, just 3G .

    . Anyways, great site!

Thanks! That’s interesting to know about loading time – not done anything in particular to achieve that except use small image sizes. Anyway hope work gets more meaningful for you!

Thank you for taking care of that mange fox..most people would shot them..they do much good and they are so pretty..just nice to know we still have wild life left in this world as the hunters seem to think they will never run out of animals to kill. .now its bear hunting spring and fall..well then the babies also die as they need their these hunters dont care if its a male or female. .they just ha e to kill something..
